My name is Panagiotis Pavlos.
I wish to kindly address you the present plea for financial support to a case that I am personally aware of and is under urgent need. The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to collect the amount of €5,000 required to fundamentally repair (i.e. replace rotten frames, remove moisture, house maintenance, etc.) the poorhouse of a needy Greek family in the region of Thrace, in northern Greece, so that two twins of ca. 1 year old and their unemployed mother can live under acceptable conditions.
We anticipate the work to be carried out asap as long the amount is secured and hopefully during the summer – early autumn months 2025, the latest, while the weather is still very good and allows for building maintenance before the cold sets in.
